Michael Golden
President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael founded the Goldstone Group in 2005 and has specialized in investment, development, financing, and management of all types of commercial real estate throughout Central Canada. He has completed over 1,000 leasing and investment transactions totaling in excess of $85 million of aggregate value throughout his tenure. His education involved completing a Masters of Real Estate and Construction Management, a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters of Taxation and a Bachelor of Commerce. Michael also completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, and the ARGUS Certification.
Letisha Pierce
Chief Financial Officer
Letisha joined the Goldstone Group team in 2017. She is in charge of overseeing financial statement preparation with outside accounting firms, preparing all major capital expenditure planning, reconciliations, financing RFPs, pro forma projections, market and demand studies, and tenant correspondence. Tish completed her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2022.
Amanda Rogala
Vice President of Property Management and Leasing
Amanda joined the Goldstone group team in 2014. Amanda holds both an undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Manitoba. She plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities and planning for the company's future.
William Andrushko
Chief Building Engineer
William is an expert in the use of technology for the design, construction, assessment and maintenance of the built environments. He leads the team of maintenance personnel to help fulfill Goldstone Group’s mission and implement the Continuous Improvement Program set out by the team.
David Dittman
Director of Structural Maintenance
David is a Red Seal Mason who brings 20+ years of experience in structural building development and repairs to the Goldstone Group team. He works as Goldstone Group’s owner’s representative and is a key liaison between the company and outside contractors and consultants.
Leanne Wolfe
Office Manager
Leanne brings 15+ years of experience to the company having joined the team at inception in 2005. Leanne is adept at Quickbooks Accounting Software and helps to ensure that our processes are in compliance and record keeping is in order.
