The Goldstone Group is a privately held real estate company that owns and manages industrial, retail, multi-family, office, and residential properties.

We have two master planned business parks, an industrial development and a master planned residential community in the pipeline that will total over $500 million of investment within the next decade.

Property Management

Goldstone Group's property management team oversees and manages all our privately held commercial and residential properties. We offer 24-7 support and handle all maintenance request in-house, passing these savings on to our tenants.

Our team provides professional service with excellent relationships with vendors and contractors for the best service and competitive pricing. We also provide all of our tenants with value added services such as construction and project management, tax appeal, financing and lease documentation.
